The Catalan Government Delegate to the U.S. and Canada, Mr. Isidre Sala Queralt and his Senior Advisor Michael Utsunomiya visited UCI to discuss collaborations between the Samueli School of Engineering and The Catalan government in the context of the California-Catalonia Program. The meeting included a conversation with current Balsells Fellowship students at UCI.
